Dr. Tori Morgan-Allison, Psy.D
Dr. Tori Morgan-Allison brings over 20 years of experience providing meaningful support and services to individuals in need. She is deeply committed to ensuring that each client receives personalized, individualized care tailored to support their unique goals and achieve the best possible outcomes.She holds a Doctorate in Psychology, along with both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and has extensive clinical experience. Dr. Morgan-Allison’s expertise, combined with her compassionate and person-centered approach, plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, effective services.

Kevin Allison, B.S
Kevin Allison brings over 20 years of experience in the human services field and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Psychology. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting individuals in achieving their goals and maximizing their independence.
Kevin is dedicated to ensuring that clients receive the highest quality services and supports necessary for their success. His extensive experience, leadership, and person-centered approach make him a valuable asset in delivering meaningful and effective care.

Director of Operations
Alan Kosgeryan, B.S
Alan Kosgeryan serves as the Director of Operations for Allison Morgan Family & Community Services (AMFC) and has been with the organization for over two years. He brings prior experience from the Regional Center system, providing him with a well-rounded understanding of services from multiple perspectives. Alan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Psychology, which supports his ability to effectively manage both operational processes and team dynamics. In his role, he oversees daily operations to ensure services remain consistent, efficient, and uninterrupted. Additionally, Alan provides oversight to supervisors and managers, ensuring teams and departments are operating effectively and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Facility Director
Jocelyn Kosgeryan
Jocelyn Kosgeryan serves as the Facility Director, bringing over eight years of experience in the field of developmental and behavioral services. She began her career as a Behavioral Therapist and Interventionist, building a strong foundation in direct client support and evidence-based practices.Jocelyn joined AMFC as Direct Support Staff and, through her dedication and leadership, advanced to a supervisory role before ultimately becoming Facility Director. In her current position, she oversees the agency’s licensed residential facilities and day programs, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and meaningful outcomes for the individuals served.

Day Program Marysville Supervisor
Marycruz Cervantes
Marycruz Cervantes brings valuable experience from her previous role as a Case Manager at Alta California Regional Center. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has a strong background in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities through person-centered services and coordination.
Marycruz is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to effectively communicate with and support a diverse range of individuals and families. Her knowledge, cultural competency, and commitment to quality care make her a valuable asset in ensuring individuals receive the support and resources they need to thrive.

Day Program Cal City Supervisor
Tierra Gooden
Tierra Gooden serves as the California City Day Program Supervisor, where she oversees daily operations and ensures quality support for both staff and program participants.Tierra further expanded her knowledge by pursuing education in both adult and childcare, strengthening her ability to support individuals across a wide range of needs.Tierra has also worked as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and has been dedicated to the human services field for over five years. Her experience, compassion, and commitment continue to make a meaningful and positive impact in the lives of those she serves.

Quality Assurance Supervisor
Dennis Miranda
Dennis Miranda serves as the Quality Assurance Supervisor for Allison Morgan Family & Community Services (AMFC) and has been a valued member of the organization for nearly three years. He brings a diverse background in human services, having previously worked as an advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities and as a case manager at a women’s center. In his current role, Dennis oversees and supports staff while ensuring that services are delivered at the highest level of quality and in full compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. He is committed to maintaining excellence across programs and fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and person-centered care.

Area Supervisor
Anthony Alcaraz
Anthony Alcaraz serves as an Area Supervisor, overseeing services, staff, and clients throughout a designated region of Kern County. In his role, he ensures that teams are providing quality, consistent support while meeting the needs of the individuals served.Anthony’s passion for this field is deeply personal. Growing up alongside his younger brother, who has Down syndrome, he played an active role in supporting his development—helping him build communication skills, participate in sports, and overcome daily challenges. Through coaching his brother’s VIP soccer team, Anthony also formed meaningful connections with other individuals and families, further strengthening his commitment to this work.These experiences inspired him to pursue a career in human services, where he continues to make a positive impact by supporting individuals in reaching their full potential.

Cynthia Castillo
Cynthia Castillo serves as the Office Administrator for Allison Morgan Family & Community Services (AMFC), playing a vital role in keeping daily operations organized and running smoothly behind the scenes. She provides essential administrative support that helps ensure staff and programs function efficiently.Cynthia was drawn to this field by her desire to be part of meaningful work and to support services that make a positive difference in people’s lives. Her dedication and attention to detail contribute to the overall success of the organization and the quality of care provided.
