Who we provide services to?
We provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities that are Regional Center consumers/clients receiving services through Regional Center Traditional Services or individuals participating in Self-Determination Program through Regional Center.
What are Regional Center Traditional Services?
Services Provided By Regional Centers. Regional centers provide diagnosis and assessment of eligibility and help plan, access, coordinate and monitor the services and supports that are needed because of a developmental disability. There is no charge for the diagnosis and eligibility assessment.
What is Regional Center Self-Determination Program?
Regional Center Self-Determination Program (SDP) allows individuals with developmental disabilities who receive services from a Regional Center to have more control over their care by choosing the specific services and providers they want within a designated budget, essentially giving them greater autonomy in managing their support needs. The individual gets more freedom of choice of who, when, how services are provided to them.
