Tailored Day Services (TDS)

Our Tailored Day Services are designed to provide individualized, person-centered support that helps adults with developmental disabilities build meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives. We focus on each individual’s unique goals, preferences, and abilities, creating customized plans that promote growth, inclusion, and community engagement.

Through TDS, participants receive support in developing essential life skills such as communication, social interaction, problem-solving, and daily living skills. Services are delivered in a variety of settings—including the home and community—to ensure real-world learning and meaningful experiences.

We emphasize:

• Person-centered planning tailored to individual goals and interests

• Community integration through outings, volunteer opportunities, and social activities

• Skill development in areas such as independent living, self-advocacy, and decision-making

• Flexible supports that adapt to changing needs and preferences

Our team works closely with individuals, families, and regional centers to ensure services are aligned with each participant’s Individual Program Plan (IPP). We are committed to empowering individuals to live more independently, build relationships, and actively participate in their communities.
